Conference Venue

DLT 2013 will be held at ESIEE, University of Paris-Est Marne-la-ValléeThe talks will take place in Room 160. Notice that the University is not located in Marne-la-Vallée but in Champs-sur-Marne next to the station Noisy-Champs of the line A of the RER.

Access ESIEE Paris

Exit RER Line A station "Noisy-Champs" following "Cité Descartes" (exit number 3) - at the front of the train coming from Paris. Cross the railway inside the station building, turn left. At the first crossing, turn right and walk until a roundabout with a big monument called "the axis of the world". The conference will be help in the big white building on your right called ESIEE.

Do not even think of commuting by car because of traffic jam and parking problems. Use public transportation.

From Paris to the conference venue

To reach the conference venue from Paris, you need to take RER line A direction Marne-la-Vallée to the station Noisy-Champs. Mind the board information to make sure the train stops at Noisy-Champs, the final destination of the train has to be either Marne-la-vallée or Torcy. You need a specific ticket to travel from Paris (including connections) to Noisy-Champs. One ticket costs €4.10, ten tickets cost €32.80.

From the airports to the conference venue

  • To reach Paris from Charles de Gaulle airport, take RER B (follow the sign Paris par le train). The ticket costs around €10. If you want to go directly to the conference venue, you need to buy a ticket to Noisy-Champs. Use same RER B, stop at Chatelet les Halles and take RER A to Noisy-champs (just on the opposite side of the platform). Mind the board information to make sure the train stops at Noisy-Champs. The ticket costs €13.
  • To reach Paris from Orly airport, take Orlyval to the RER station Antony and take RER B (direction Aéroport Charles de Gaulle/Mitry-Claye). The ticket costs around €11. If you want to go directly to the conference venue, you need to buy a ticket to Noisy-Champs. Use same RER B, stop at Chatelet les Halles and take RER A to Noisy-champs (direction Boissy-St-Léger/Marne-la-Vallée you need to change platform). Mind the board information to make sure the train stops at Noisy-Champs. The ticket costs around €15.

Accommodation

There are two choices for the accomodation: stay in Champs-sur-Marne close to the conference venue or stay inside Paris. If you want to have some choice where to eat in the evening, we advise you to stay in Paris.
